Euskaltel, among the first five listed companies to comply 100% with the CNMV Code of Good Governance

  • The telecoms group, listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015, was already among the first to meet all recommendations of the Code of Good Governance by 2017. In 2018, it maintains its commitment to these recommendations.

Bilbao, October 21, 2019. Euskaltel meets 100% of the recommendations of the Code of Good Governance issued by the National Commission for the Securities Market (CNMV), as emerges from the Annual Report on Corporate Governance (IAGC) referring to FY 2018, published by the agency charged with supervising the Spanish securities market.

For the second consecutive year, the telecommunications operator stands out in meeting all the recommendations of the Code regulating the operation of corporate governance bodies. It may be pointed out that Euskaltel began on the Spanish stock market in 2015, and just two years after already headed the quoted companies in terms of compliance with all the issues contemplated in the Code of Good Governance for listed companies, which position it maintained in FY 2018.
