Bilbao, 22 October 2020. Francisco Trujillo Sánchez joins the Euskaltel Group team from the MásMóvil Group as Head of Remote Sales Channels following a long career in the industry.

Francisco will report directly to the Head of Mass Sales, Alfredo Ramos. He has a degree in Economics and Business from Seville University and an MBA from the IEDE Business School in Madrid.

Over the last 10 years he has specialised in the management of online sales for telecommunications companies with notable growth, such as Jazztel and the MásMóvil Group, and with excellent results. Furthermore, he has previously held various senior positions managing inbound and outbound call centres, both in-house and for distribution channels. He has also worked in several marketing departments, giving him a very broad view of the internal workings of telecommunications companies.

Francisco's functions at the Group will include ensuring that the new operator complies with the digital strategic plan, taking charge of the group's remote channels, i.e. boosting digital sales, including online generation and conversion from its own website, full funnel online distributors and he will also be responsible for inbound and outbound telesales.
