Since the start of its activities, Euskaltel has based its work strategy on a management system deployed in different areas covering all the activities related to its businesses and services.
To support this Management System, the Euskaltel Group has defined policies to mark the guidelines for each area implementing it.
In 1999, we conducted the certification of our management system in accordance with the ISO quality and environmental management standards, becoming the first global telecommunications operator in the State to be certified jointly under both international standards. Management practices have been enhanced by the application of various concepts taken from benchmarks such as Total Quality, the Excellence in Management and Innovation and others that are part of the Advanced Management concept which is the basis of Euskaltel's current commitment to increasing its competitiveness in a globalised market and with major competitors.
